Cookies and third-party services

The website may use third-party services necessary for the proper functioning of certain features, in particular Google Maps services for address entry and the indicative calculation of travel costs.

Online booking

When you make a booking or request a quote, the data you enter (contact details, address, service, any photos) is used to organise the appointment and to write to you about it. It is hosted by Vercel (website, functions and photos) and Neon (database); the appointment is entered in the service provider’s Google calendar and emails are sent by Brevo. The anti-bot check is computed in your browser, without cookies or third-party services. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days and appointments one year after their date; the IP address is only kept in the form of an encrypted fingerprint.
