Our repair and servicing workshop

At Lorenz Piano, all repairs and servicing of upright and grand pianos are carried out in our own workshop by expert hands. We use exclusively high-quality materials and original spare parts, such as bass strings made in Germany by Heller and hammers and action components supplied by the renowned maker Renner.

Thanks to solid training and continuous professional development, our technicians carry out repairs and refurbishments to a high level of expertise. We optimise acoustic systems using specialised software. We also devote ourselves to the calculation and optimisation of the action for perfect playability.

Our workshop combines time-honoured craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to give your instruments a new lease of life worthy of their nobility. Every piano receives the most meticulous care and an unwavering respect for its authenticity.
